SSC CGL 2024 Final Results Released for Withheld Candidates

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the final results for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) 2024. According to the official notice, SSC initially declared the final CGL 2024 results on March 12, 2025. However, the results of 1,267 candidates were withheld due to various reasons. With the latest announcement, 219 of these withheld results have now been released, while the status of the remaining candidates remains under review.

Exam Timeline and Selection Process

The Tier 1 results were announced on December 5, 2024, followed by the Tier 2 exam, which took place on January 18, 19, 20, and 31, 2025. The final results have been determined based on candidates’ performance in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams, with the normalization process ensuring fairness across different exam shifts.

Next Steps for Qualified Candidates

A total of 18,174 candidates have qualified for SSC CGL 2024. The next step in the process is document verification, which will be conducted by the respective allocated departments. Candidates are advised to stay in touch with their assigned departments regarding the verification process.

If a candidate does not receive any communication from their allocated department within six months of the result announcement, they should contact the department immediately for further clarification.
