Box Office Hits Big with *Good Bad Ugly*

Ajith Kumar is back in full force, and the numbers at the box office prove it. His new release, *Good Bad Ugly*, has made a massive impact, crossing the Rs 60 crore mark within just three days. The film, which dropped in theatres on April 10, saw an incredible Rs 29.25 crore on its opening day, making it the biggest opening of Ajith’s career. The buzz is real, with theaters packed and fans flooding social media with edits and celebrations.

Strong Start, Slight Dip

While *Good Bad Ugly* had a roaring start, earning an estimated Rs 17.26 crore on its second day, the collection did dip on Friday, registering a 48.72% drop from its Thursday debut. Despite this, the film has already grossed Rs 61.51 crore domestically, outperforming previous releases like *Vidaamuyarchi*. On the global front, it has raked in Rs 77 crore in just two days. However, the film’s pace will need to pick up to maintain its momentum in the coming weeks.

A Gripping Storyline

*Good Bad Ugly* tells the intense story of Red Dragon (Ajith Kumar), a feared gangster seeking redemption. After his wife, Ramya (Trisha Krishnan), refuses to let him see their son unless he cleans up his life, Red Dragon makes an effort to change. But his dark past catches up with him when their son is kidnapped, forcing him back into the dangerous world he tried to leave behind. The film also features a strong supporting cast, including Arjun Das, Sunil, Karthikeya Dev, and Priya Prakash Varrier, among others.

The film’s gritty atmosphere is boosted by a high-energy soundtrack, with moments of humor and suspense. However, some critics feel the emotional depth was not fully realized, with certain melodramatic sequences feeling out of place given the intense action storyline.
